Lead Architect

Job Summary

The Lead Architect ensures all architectural requirements for the project are properly coordinated and complied with to achieve the full intent of the design, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and adhering to programming requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion

Ensure design intent, quality, and compliance with client, budget, and schedule requirements

Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural solutions

Lead, mentor, and coordinate architectural teams and external consultants

Engage with clients, present design concepts, and translate feedback into refined solutions

Provide technical leadership and resolve complex design and engineering challenges

Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, and documentation

Optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency and productivity

Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution

Integrate industry trends, new technologies, and best practices into designs

Support HSE initiatives and uphold company and IMS safety standards

Job Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline

High level of architectural, technical, and design expertise

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and local authority regulations

Excellent creative thinking and aesthetic judgment

ERP system knowledge is essential (SAP experience preferred)

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience

At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Hands-on experience with High-Rise & Hotel projects is mandatory

GCC experience (minimum 2 years) is an added advantage
