Logistics and Shipping Management:
- Oversee seamless plans for shipping and logistics operations.

- Oversee Building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Coordination:
- Ensure optimal conditions for building hard, soft, and specialized management, maintenance, and MEP.

- Develop, update, and refine an effective asset tracking and management system.
- Oversee seamless building hygiene, cleaning, and foster a harmonious environment.
Overall Leadership Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in an Administration role.
- An excellent team player with the ability to manage up and across to build, foster and nurture relationships across departments.
- PC skills Good knowledge in MS Office. Power Point presentation highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English language, both written and spoken.
