Job Description

Corporate Travel Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end travel processes, diligently managing bookings, itineraries, and schedules.
  • Proactively refine corporate travel policies and SOPs.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with a spectrum of travel vendors, fostering developments and strategic partnerships.

Corporate Fleet Services:

  • Command and oversee the corporate fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and meticulous maintenance.
  • Innovate and enhance transportation workflows and SOPs.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with an array of transportation vendors, fostering developments and strategic partnerships.

Logistics and Shipping Management:

  • Oversee seamless plans for shipping and logistics operations.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with intricate regulatory requirements.
  • Spearhead logistics respective coordination across diverse bureaus for streamlined administration, fortified security, and optimized facility management.
  • Lead logistics teams with precision, strategically planning operational needs.
  • Foster seamless coordination between diverse logistics departments for optimal efficiency.

Building Asset Management:

  • Oversee Building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Coordination:
  • Ensure optimal conditions for building hard, soft, and specialized management, maintenance, and MEP.
  • Direct and oversee renovation and refurbishment projects with precision.
  • Develop, update, and refine an effective asset tracking and management system.
  • Oversee seamless building hygiene, cleaning, and foster a harmonious environment.

Overall Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Streamline assets and logistics operations, ensuring global compliance.
  • Foster governmental relationships and conduct standard adherence audits.
  • Champion digital archiving, team training, and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain efficient vendor relationships.
  • Review and optimize contracts for Group's benefit.
  • Ensure strict industry compliance.
  • Oversee third-party services, seeking process improvements.
  • Assist the Head of department for Craft, manage, and optimize budgets related to logistics and assets.
  • Conduct analysis of financial trends, offering recommendations for cost-saving and enhanced efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of experience in an Administration role.
  • An excellent team player with the ability to manage up and across to build, foster and nurture relationships across departments.
  • PC skills Good knowledge in MS Office. Power Point presentation highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English language, both written and spoken.
