Job Description Of The Role
- Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for each BU's monthly Business Review Meeting
- Planning & driving weekly Insurance heads meeting & action items to closure
- Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for optimal business decision making
- Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
- Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
- Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance
- Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
- Closely work with senior management and
- Coordination with various teams across organization
- Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
- Top down budget & target setting
- Audits and compliance oversight
