Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI innovation initiatives, leveraging the latest AI/ML technologies to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions, working closely with product teams to create intuitive, user-centric AI applications.
- Drive end-to-end AI solution development, from ideation to MVP, in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends such as Generative AI, AI agents, and large-scale machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, product managers, and client teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, robust, and integrated with enterprise data and AI platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior AI professionals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and software development.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong software development background with experience in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, and large-scale ML systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data wrangling, statistical modeling, and visualization tools.
