The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and generating reports to support
business operations and decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate data records,
preparing periodic MIS reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports- Which includes Invoice Processing ,
- Keeping track of monthly Provision, Tracker for Budget vs Actual Spend.
- Track and maintain record related to Statutory Compliance and EHS.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports.
- Create dashboards, charts, and summaries for management review.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and data records.
- Required Skills:
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis, Good understanding of MS Office,
especially Excel and PowerPoint. ,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Knowledge of Power BI to create Dashboard
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
Qualifications
Must be Graduate.
5-7 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Power BI with DAX Query, Advanced Excel functions
