Lead BIM Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead BIM Engineer based in Qesm 1st Nasser City, with some flexibility for remote work. The Lead BIM Engineer will oversee the creation, coordination, and management of Building Information Models across various projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, integrating BIM tools into workflows, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and producing high-quality construction drawings. The role also involves problem-solving to implement efficient designs and ensure seamless project delivery.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software
• Strong experience in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Background in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering
• Strong leadership and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with international construction standards and best practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
