Your Job :
- Lead the business process design for SAP solutions in supply and demand planning to streamline supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support in configuring SAP IBP modules.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends to continuously enhance the organizations supply chain capabilities.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Should have relevant 10+ years of experience.
- Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on deploying SAP IBP and other planning applications.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in supply chain planning.
Additional Skill:
- Certification in SAP IBP or other relevant planning applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
