Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISM are
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Continuity or Operational Resilience Management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Basel, NCEMA, PRA/FCA, APRA, Central Bank
- Proven track record of leading business continuity and resilience initiatives in financial services
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and crisis leadership skills.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in supporting branch performance and growth initiatives.
- Strong experience in customer relationship management and sales support.
