Lead Cashier

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Cashier based in New Cairo. The Lead Cashier will oversee daily cashier operations, manage a team of cashiers, ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain a clean and organized cash register area. The role also involves training new cashiers, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring the team complies with company policies and procedures.

• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
