ead Construction Engineer is to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead site execution, manage contractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, monitor project progress, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction activities for oil & gas projects.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets.
- Resolve technical and construction issues at site.
- Review and approve construction plans, methods, and work packages.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with international standards
- PMC, EPC and Fabrication yard experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
