About the Role: Lead Consultant Security & Compliance (Presales)

Location:India/Remote

Job Description:

We're seeking a LeadPre-Sales Consultant(Arabic Speaker) to lead Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance conversations with enterprise clients. You'll work closely with sales and technical teams to craft solutions across Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra, and Cloud Apps, aligning them with business needs and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their security and compliance needs.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution presentations, and executive briefings.
• Articulate business value and technical vision for Microsoft 365 Security solutions.

Solution Design & Proposal Development

• Design and present solutions involving:
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, Insider Risk, eDiscovery)
• Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps)
• Microsoft Intune (Compliance, Endpoint Security)
• Microsoft Entra (Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection)
• Defender for Cloud Apps (App discovery, risk control)
• Integrate automation using Microsoft Graph APIs to improve solution value.
• Develop solution architectures, diagrams, and contribute to SOWs and proposals.

Sales Enablement & Innovation

• Partner with sales teams to shape opportunity strategy and technical positioning.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support account growth.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap and regulatory landscape.

Collaboration & Internal Leadership

• Work with delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and alignment.
• Share knowledge with internal teams and support enablement efforts.

What You'll Bring:

Technical Expertise

• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance technologies:
• Microsoft Purview, Defender Suite, Intune, Entra, Cloud Apps.
• Practical knowledge of Graph API for automation and integrations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001.

Strategic & Communication Skills

• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skillsable to influence stakeholders.
• Proven success in pre-sales or solution architect roles in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in IT security & compliance; 35+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing architect role.
• Required: Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
• Preferred:
• Certifications like SC-300, MS-500, or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
• Expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud security architecture.
