Lead Conversion Specialist - Dubai (Sales)

We're hiring a Lead Conversion Specialist to join TVGM Digital in Dubai.

This is a commission-driven role for someone who knows how to sell, close, and build real client relationships in the digital space.

You'll be working across our offices in Business Bay (Bay Square) and Downtown Dubai.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Set up and attend client meetings

• Pitch services including:

• Digital Marketing

• Content Creation & Video Production

• Social Media Management

• Google Ads & Lead Generation

• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead to close

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams

• Ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction

• Use Bitrix24 to manage leads and pipelines

• Base Salary: 4,500 - 5,500 (Performance based)

• Location: Business Bay (Bay Square) & Downtown Dubai

• Role Type: Full-time, on-site

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai and available on-site

• Must have own visa

• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is required

• Strong communication and closing skills

• English required | Arabic is a strong plus

• Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is preferred

• Confident in meetings, pitching, and negotiations
