Propstock Realtyis a fast-growing Dubai brokerage known for expertise, transparency, and a client-first approach. We are hiring aLead Coordinatorto manage inbound/outbound leads, act as the first point of contact for clients, and ensure a high-quality, organized lead funnel for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as thefirst point of contactfor all incoming leads from portals, campaigns, WhatsApp, and phone enquiries.
- Qualify, filter, and assign leadsto managers or agents based on urgency and requirement.
- Maintain an accurate and updatedlead management system/CRMwith complete follow-up tracking.
- Conductoutbound cold callsto property owners to source new listings.
- Keep thelead pipeline structured, actionable, and conversion-readyat all times.
- Coordinate with sales teams for follow-up updates, lead progress, and conversions.
- Arrangefloor plans, unit information, and property documentsfor clients when needed.
- Coordinateviewing appointmentsbetween clients and agents when required.
- Prepare conciselead performance reportsfor management review.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience inreal estate, tele sales, customer service, or lead coordinationroles.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort handling multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Property Finder CRM, etc.) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,000 3,500
