Job Summary
The Lead Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing cybersecurity architecture, controls, and operations to protect organizational systems, networks, and data. The role leads security initiatives, mentors teams, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity architecture and controls
- Oversee security operations including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and penetration testing reviews
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead incident response activities and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with IT, OT, and business teams on secure system integration
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to cybersecurity teams
- Report cybersecurity posture, risks, and incidents to senior management
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Diploma not acceptable)
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity engineering or security operations teams
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with security tools, networks, and infrastructure
- Ability to mobilize immediately
