Lead DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure And Automation

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines
• Define SOPs and best practices for infrastructure automation and pipeline deployment
• Champion DevOps adoption across business units, mentoring teams and setting technical direction
• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and orchestration tools
• Manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure or AWS CloudWatch
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure tooling and services align with enterprise goals
• Integrate and enhance ITSM workflows within ServiceNow
• Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of systems and deployments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles
• Strong technical background in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms
• Experience with VMware Aria is beneficial but not mandatory
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, orchestration tools, and cloud monitoring
• Deep understanding of DevOps culture, practices, and tools
• Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
• Confident communicator able to influence technical teams and business stakeholders alike
• Experience in global or regional organisations with distributed teams
• Candidates must be currently based in The UAE
