Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a .NET Technical Lead, located in New Cairo, with work-from-home flexibility. The .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in building and maintaining .NET applications, Nintex K2. Daily tasks include overseeing the development process, ensuring code quality and cybersecurity protocols, coordinating with other teams, managing databases, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. The candidate will ensure project timelines are met and will troubleshoot any technical challenges that arise.

Qualifications

• 6+years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong experience in Software Development and Programming using .NET core
• Familiar micro-services development and design patterns
• Experience in supporting and implementing complex integration projects.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiar with Domain-driven Design (DDD)
• Nintex K2 experience
• Creatio ai is a plus
• Hands-on Experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
• Working experience in Agile framework.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
