Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Substation Projects.
- Relevant industry/client approvals as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Junior Engineers, and workforce to ensure effective communication and execution of work plans.
- Understand electrical construction scope, objectives, and project baseline schedules.
- Plan and schedule project phases in coordination with construction management.
- Implement approved method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other site teams to prevent delays and resolve constraints.
- Ensure timely availability and proper allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor site progress, address technical and site-related challenges, and report potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with construction procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Measure team performance, manage resources efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary
