We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to drive and oversee all electrical engineering activities across large-scale EPC projects. This role is ideal for a technical leader who can manage end-to-end engineering delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with project, quality, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical engineering activities to meet project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Define engineering deliverables, plan workflows, and manage discipline progress from bidding to execution.
- Review tender documents, prepare technical proposals, identify deviations, and support commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate material and weight estimation, man-hour planning, and electrical design methodologies.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, including technical bid evaluations, purchase requisitions, and inspection/quality activities.
- Oversee the development and approval of discipline documents (internal & vendor).
- Provide technical support to procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Track scope changes, update cost estimates, and ensure engineering KPIs are monitored and achieved.
- Support construction teams with engineering resolutions and startup activities.
- Participate in updating standards, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong background in electrical engineering design (power generation & distribution, grounding, lighting, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quantity estimation, man-hour planning, scheduling, and project reporting.
- Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and technical proposals.
- Ability to oversee interdisciplinary reviews and ensure smooth project interfaces.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EPC projects, especially in upstream, downstream, offshore, onshore, or industrial facilities.
- Hands-on familiarity with relevant engineering software (2D/3D tools & discipline applications).
