Job Description

What You'll Do

You will lead the electrical engineering team, develop and review power distribution and protection designs, drive multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure all electrical works meet specification, quality, and program. You will act as the technical authority for electrical scope from design through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities Include

Lead electrical design and engineering for data center and mission-critical projects
Develop and review MV/LV distribution, UPS, generator, and protection designs
Set electrical design standards, specifications, and technical basis of design
Coordinate electrical scope with mechanical, civil, LC, and architectural teams
Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, load calculations, and equipment selections
Ensure redundancy, reliability, and compliance with codes and client standards
Guide and mentor electrical engineers and designers
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing for electrical systems

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering and proven experience leading electrical design and delivery on large-scale, power-critical projects. You combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and protection systems
Proficiency in electrical design and calculation tools
Solid understanding of codes, standards, and QA/QC processes
Experience with data center / mission-critical power is a strong advantage
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Electrical Engineer on large-scale projects
Background in data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities
Experience leading design teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines

Strong technical leadership and mentoring ability
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
