Leading and managing project budgeting, cost control, and full financial performance across the project lifecycle. Ensure accurate budget preparation, effective cost monitoring, and alignment between revenue, progress, and actual cost.
- Principal Accountabilities
- Lead preparation and management of project budgets (initial & revised).
- Monitor project cost performance across direct & indirect costs.
- Manage forecasting (EAC/ETC) and cost reporting cycles.
- Ensure accurate cost data within ERP systems.
- Review variances, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure cost alignment.
- Support project close-out and post-project financial analysis.
Required Academic Qualification
Bachelor
Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Professional certification in project management
- Expert in Oracle fusion ERP system
- Years of Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in budgeting and cost control with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in civil engineering.
- Experience in infrastructure projects.
