Job Title: Lead Engineer Interface
Job Summary:
The Lead Engineer Interface is responsible for managing and coordinating interfaces between project disciplines, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage interfaces between project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the Interface Management Plan (IMP).
- Identify, track, and resolve interface issues and conflicts.
- Maintain interface registers, records, and related documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on interface status, issues, and resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement of interface management processes and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- PMP, RMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience in interface and stakeholder management within large-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing complex interfaces with multiple stakeholders and external authorities.
