Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction quality activities across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I).
Develop and implement construction quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
Oversee and coordinate with QA/QC teams, contractors, and site inspectors.
Ensure all construction work meets project specifications and international standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues, and manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
Support audits, quality reporting, and interface with clients and project management.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior QA/QC personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 18 years of experience in construction quality in the oil and gas sector.
Strong offshore project experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of construction codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
Proven experience leading QA/QC teams on large-scale projects.
Recognized quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS) preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET) preferred or required.
