Lead Estimator
Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
- Minimum (10 to 20) years experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
- Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages.Prepare and manage estimate plans.Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
- Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
- Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.
- Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients.Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).Familiarization with SAEP-25.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed.
- Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Nationality:
Any (Prefer Saudi Nationality).
