Hiring: Lead Faculty - E-commerce & Dropshipping

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lead the academic and technical standard of NextWave's E-commerce & Dropshipping programme, combining teaching, mentoring, assessment, internal verification and faculty leadership within a practical twelve-week programme.
PROGRAMME PATHWAYS:
Dropshipping; Inventory-Based Store; Social and Marketplace Commerce
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Set and maintain the technical standard across the three programme pathways.
* Deliver live sessions, product/store demonstrations and technical clinics.
* Mentor participants through the twelve-week build and provide specific, evidence-based feedback.
* Assess participant submissions against published rubrics and maintain clear evidence and audit trails.
* Lead internal verification, sampling and recurring standardisation.
* Line manage assigned trainers, assessors and mentors and report progression, risk, achievement and outcomes to the Program Director.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Master's degree in business, commerce, marketing, management or a closely related discipline, plus a Bachelor's degree.
* At least six years of professional experience spanning e-commerce practice and development of other people.
* At least three years operating e-commerce with commercial results that can be evidenced and explained.
* Working command of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central or a comparable platform.
* Experience in supplier sourcing and vetting, unit economics, pricing, paid acquisition and funnel analysis.
* Recognised teaching qualification plus relevant assessment and internal quality assurance capability.
SELECTION & EVIDENCE:
Shortlisting requires a live store, screen-shared, showing orders, settlements, supplier arrangements and unit economics on a real product line.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Up to 48 hours per week, subject to applicable UAE Labour Law and company policy. Six-month probation. Benefits are provided in accordance with company policy and applicable employment terms. Occasional work outside normal hours may be required during cohort assessment periods, with occasional travel within the UAE.
