Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Construction Industry

Location: Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite

About the Role

We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Maadi. Your primary mission is to identify and qualify potential B2B clients in the construction sector, including contractors, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting our business development team in securing new projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Identify and research potential clients in the construction industry (e.g., real estate developers, general contractors, engineering firms, government tenders).
  • Lead Identification: Use online tools, databases, social media (LinkedIn), and industry directories to generate a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce the company and qualify interest.
  • Qualification: Assess leads based on project potential, decision-making authority, budget, and timeline.
  • Handoff to Sales: Schedule meetings or calls for the business development team with qualified prospects.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on construction industry trends, major projects, and competitor activity in Egypt.
  • Reporting: Track and report weekly lead generation metrics (calls made, leads identified, meetings set).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: +3 years in lead generation, sales support, or business development, preferably in construction, real estate, or engineering.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to find and verify B2B leads using online tools and databases.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Persistence: Comfortable with cold calling and rejection; resilient and target-driven.
  • Organized: Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in the Egyptian construction market.
  • Familiarity with government tenders and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of construction project lifecycles and key decision-makers.
