US Digital Products and Services leader seeks an Egypt-based Manager Lead Generation serving our KSA- and UAE-based sales teams.

Compensastion Details -USD 30,000 Annual(base) + Quarterly Bonus, reaching 45,000 USD + on Targets

The company's main business is in UK, Europe with a large engineering team in India.

The company now operates a digital products division to supplement the integration service backbone. Products are Smart Souq, THIS API Marketplace product and THIS API Manager which is gaining traction in UAE and KSA.

The Dubai office was established in 2002 and now an office in Riyadh has been set up with small local sales teams. We are seeing initial success with high profile MOUs established at the government level.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager Lead Generation to own and scale our outbound and inbound lead generation efforts to feed the UAE and KSA sales force.

This is a great opportunity for a person who has a responsible entrepreneur mind set and willing to be accountable for results.

This person will create a top notch team of 12-15 persons working remotely to contact, connect and obtain meetings for our high level local account executives based in Dubai and Riyadh working across UAE and KSA.

The reach out will be to enterprise and government organizations for B2B digital products and services sales and set up meetings with CXO level clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a predictable pipeline contribution for the sales organization.

The role is fully remote, based in Egypt, and will work closely with Account Executives (native Arabic AEs in KSA and Dubai ) and Marketing /Technical product teams in India.

Quarterly short travel for performance review meetings in Riyadh or Dubai to meet the AEs and the Regional Director is expected.

The CEO from the US, who speaks intermediate level Arabic, is also closely involved visiting the region frequently as this initiative is declared as strategically important for the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation programs across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and sustain a weekly operating rhythm focused on activity, quality, and conversion.
  • Own SME discovery motions for digital marketplace and ecosystem channels.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Manage, coach, and review lead generation executives against clearly defined KPIs.
  • Conduct regular syncs with AEs to capture feedback and continuously improve lead quality.
  • Enforce qualification standards to ensure high meeting show-up rates and pipeline relevance..

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Publish weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Identify bottlenecks in conversion, messaging, or targeting and take corrective action.
  • Support quarterly scale initiatives aligned with regional revenue targets.

Performance Criteria (Key KPIs)

Lead Measures

  • 2,500+ total outreach touches per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
  • 24 Sales-Accepted Meetings (SAMs) attended per week for Riyadh-based AEs with CXO level decision makers
  • Monthly Closures where meetings are converted to Deals

Performance on a weekly basis will be governed through

3 structured Teams sync meetings per week with AEs to review quality, feedback and closure

Required Experience & Skills

  • 510 years of experience in B2B lead generation, Sales Development Representative management. Player and Coach mind set. Teaching thru action.
  • Understanding and experience of KSA business culture
  • Preferred formal education/experience in Computer Science
  • Strong exposure to enterprise digital technology sales
  • Proven experience running high-volume outbound motions
  • Excellent understanding of qualification frameworks and sales pipelines
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams and remote stakeholders
  • Strong reporting, discipline, and KPI ownership mindset
