We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development and sales teams by identifying high-potential companies, reaching the right decision-makers, and maintaining accurate lead records within our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, business directories, and other relevant online platforms.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers, including Marketing Managers, Procurement Managers, PR Managers, and business owners.
- Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, website contact forms, and other digital channels.
- Obtain verified contact details for the relevant person, including direct phone numbers, mobile numbers, and business email addresses.
- Create, update, and maintain lead records in the company's CRM system on a daily basis.
- Record all outreach activities, communication history, follow-up actions, lead status, and notes accurately in the CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy, prevent duplicate entries, and maintain a clean and organized lead database.
- Follow up with unresponsive prospects according to the company's outreach process.
- Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the sales team with complete information and clear notes.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation, verified contacts, and qualified opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, Online Research, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems for lead entry, tracking, and data management.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search, and online research techniques.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create professional outreach messages.
- High attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, media production, or professional services is an advantage.
Role Clarification
This is not a call center or direct sales position. The role focuses on online prospecting, digital outreach, obtaining verified decision-maker contact information, maintaining accurate CRM records, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team.
