Job Description

The Lead Generation (Tele sales Executive) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and converting potential clients, ensuring they are successfully signed up for events such as conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, trade shows, and brand activations. The role involves proactive outreach, nurturing leads, and supporting the overall sales process to maximize event participation and sponsorship engagement

  • Role: Tele sales Executive
  • Duration: 01 Dec to 31st Jan 2026. (December 15th to 2nd Jan 2026 will be unpaid holiday and work resumes on 3rd Jan 2026)
  • Location: Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees within target industries
  • Conduct high-quality outbound calls to introduce event offerings, value propositions, and participation benefits.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, warm follow-ups, email outreach, and CRM tools
  • Qualify prospects needs and match them with appropriate event packages
  • Follow up with past participants to secure renewals and upsell additional opportunities
  • Provide timely assistance and support to customers regarding event details, pricing, registration, and logistics
  • Work closely with event operations and client servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of booked clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in handling cold calls.
  • Previous experience in tele sales or event industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
  • Target-driven mindset with persistence and resilience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
