Job Description
We're Hiring | Lead HSE Officer
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in MEP and Interior Fit-out projects within the GCC.
Key Requirements
NEBOSH International General Certificate (Mandatory)
IOSH Managing Safety
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC
Proven background in MEP & Interior Fit-out projects
Preferring candidates who works in Pearl Qatar and Gewan Island Projects
Strong knowledge of QHSE standards, risk assessments, PTW, and site safety compliance
Ability to conduct safety trainings, inspections, and incident investigations
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project HSE requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site inspections
- Identify hazards and enforce corrective/preventive actions
- Report incidents and maintain HSE documentation
