To meet the annual targets of sales in accordance with the Company's goals and to Implement the channels objective/strategy through being the main contact for existing and new customers to generate/improve sales in Key Account customers/clients by negotiation and positive client relations improvement.
Core Accountabilities
- Assist in developing strategic sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for key account clients in the Protein category, aiming to enhance share of shelf versus competitors and amplify the impact of product visibility to influence consumer choice.
- Implement the key account strategy by acting as the primary contact for existing and potential key customers in the Protein segment, driving sales growth through structured negotiation, strong relationship building, and client-centric solutions.
- Provide strategic input and actionable recommendations to senior management to improve sales performance and profitability within the key account portfolio in the Protein business.
- Gather and analyze data regarding key accounts to assess overall performance and identify opportunities or gaps in the Protein sales portfolio.
- Assist in preparing accurate volume forecasts and sales plans to ensure sufficient product availability for the designated regions, enabling on-time delivery, supporting superior distributor service levels, and fulfilling Protein customer requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to efficiently manage key account activities and ensure an integrated, customer-focused experience.
- Build and expand weighted distribution by developing in-store visibility and execution plans across cities, towns, and key regions to ensure effective implementation and enhance brand presence of Protein SKUs.
- Implement and monitor Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key customers to maintain alignment on promotional plans, ensure timely renewals, and manage customer P&L in accordance with the company's strategic and financial targets.
- Achieve annual targets for sales, promotions, and insertions, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and Protein business growth strategies.
- Support in optimizing cost-to-serve by managing account-level visibility investments and contributing to the design and execution of impactful in-store activations and channel marketing programs.
- Conduct customer engagements regularly to ensure high standards of account service, performance delivery, and sustainable business relationships.

Lead – Key Accounts will be working in the assigned areas and might have to travel as and when needed.

Education and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master of Business Administration
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management
