JOB PURPOSE
This role is focused on enhancing marketing impact and ROI while improving channel effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with brand, channel, e-commerce, categories, and operations teams. Drive business performance by indirectly improving KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales, and overall marketing effectiveness. In addition, you will oversee marketing vendor partnerships, including optimizing rate cards, negotiating contracts, and evaluating vendor performance to determine renewal or exit decisions.
Qualifications & Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent.
• Communication skills, Organizational skills and Analytical skills are essential in addition to having great ability with Microsoft Office Programs (excel, power point...etc.)
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Experience:
• Marketing analytics, media performance, growth marketing, or marketing effectiveness roles. (Luxury goods, Retail, Telecom, banks...etc.)
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate & optimize assigned marketing channels efforts by analyzing the impact and providing insights to optimize marketing investments and drive business growth
• Drive monthly assigned marketing channels review to review past month performance and optimize the activities for the upcoming month
• Collaborate with marketing effectiveness leader and other stakeholders to allocate the assigned marketing channel investment send allocation based on a data driven approach
• Participate in monthly, quarterly & annual marketing reviews to optimize marketing & channels investments and assess impact on business
• Collaborate with external partner to generate brand health trackers across all relevant business unit to report and enhance brands performance
• Own the marketing vendors & strategic partners directory, this includes directory maintenance, optimization and regular update
• Own the annual marketing vendors strategy to decide which contracts to keep, negotiate or to exit
