Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications, Power Platform, and Azure services.
  • Oversee data migration, customization, and system upgrades.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, analysts, and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability best practices.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM to support business users and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in solution architecture, customization (JavaScript, plugins, workflows), and integration using APIs.
  • Proficiency in Azure services, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, MB-210, or PL-400 are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level CRM migrations or multi-region deployments.
  • Background in agile project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to industry-specific CRM solutions (e.g., finance, telecom, or government sectors).
