Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Manage integrations with third-party applications, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Oversee data migration, customization, and system upgrades.
Mentor and guide junior developers, analysts, and administrators.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability best practices.
Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM to support business users and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
Experience in solution architecture, customization (JavaScript, plugins, workflows), and integration using APIs.
Proficiency in Azure services, SQL, and data modeling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, MB-210, or PL-400 are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing enterprise-level CRM migrations or multi-region deployments.
Background in agile project management methodologies.
Exposure to industry-specific CRM solutions (e.g., finance, telecom, or government sectors).
