Role Summary:

Drive DMCC's country-focused growth by turning market intelligence into highquality lead pipelines, partnerships, and event opportunities. Act as the central point of coordination and tracking for leads across assigned countries, ensuring followthrough, professional representation, and conversion aligned with DMCC's strategy and brand standards.

The Lead Officer - Corporate Sales would be fluent in English and speak additional languages, such as Russian or Chinese, based on the designated region/market territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Country-Focused Market Research & Intelligence: Build and maintain country dossiers for assigned markets (macro trends, sector opportunities, competitor benchmarks, regulatory considerations, target accounts, and partner landscape). Produce recurring marketintel reports and event calendars; recommend outreach plans and target lists for regional representatives.
  • Event & Lead Opportunity Identification: Identify highquality events, delegations, and industry forums per assigned countries; develop business cases and ROI projections to support participation decisions. Ensure proposed events/roadshows align with Free Zone strategy and approved budgets, coordinating with Corporate Sales and relevant business units.
  • Lead Management & CompanyWide Tracking of the assigned countries: Serve as the central leadtracking owner for assigned countries: intake, qualification, routing, SLA tracking, and escalation to prevent leakage. Govern data hygiene and activity logging standards in CRM; produce weekly pipeline health dashboards and followup performance reports.
  • Sales Support to Regional Representatives: Support regional representatives on lead followups, proposal preparation, international planning, and meeting briefings; coordinate crossfunctional inputs (Legal, Operations, Marketing, Technology) to unblock deals and ensure timely execution.
  • Partner Identification & Engagement: Identify and engage strong partners (e.g., consultants/CSPs, ISPs, registered agents, law/accounting/siteselection firms) to enhance DMCC's network quality and referrals in target markets. Coordinate partner due diligence, onboarding, training, and recognition initiatives in collaboration with Partnerships/Product Development and Marketing.
  • Agreements with Business Councils & Ecosystem Bodies: Support regional representatives to initiate, draft, and track agreements (MoUs, collaboration agreements, NDAs, SLAs) with business councils and ecosystem enablers; enforce process adherence and documentation standards.
  • Brand, Governance & Policy Compliance: Represent DMCC to the highest standards; maintain alignment with DMCC brand positioning and messaging across all materials and interactions.
  • Adhere to Free Zone policies, stakeholder management, partnership approach procedures, and departmental governance, including Delegation of Authority and executive approvals for events/partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Economics, Master's degree preferred.
  • 57 years in B2B corporate sales, market development, or partnerships; exposure to GCC/MENA and international markets is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, event prospecting, and partner ecosystem building.
  • Fluent in English plus additional languages such as Russian or Chinese based on the designated regions.
  • Research & analysis: structured marketintel and opportunity sizing
  • Sales operations: pipeline management, SLA governance, forecasting
  • Partnerships & stakeholder management: councils, associations, consultants/ISPs
  • Process & compliance: contract routing, approvals, documentation standards
  • Communication & representation: executivelevel presentations, briefing notes; brand guardianship
  • Tools: CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams; strong reportwriting
