Lead Officer - Credit and Risk

Our client is seeking a Lead Officer – Credit and Risk to oversee the accuracy, governance and integrity of critical master data across loans, financial assets, collateral, covenants, beneficiaries and accounting structures.

This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a regulated financial services environment, supporting better decision-making, stronger controls and reliable reporting. It is well suited to someone with strong master data management experience, banking systems exposure and a solid understanding of loan operations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in banking or similar financial institutions
• Strong experience in master data management and maintenance
• Hands-on exposure to Oracle OBCL and Flexcube
• Understanding of syndicated or corporate lending, including LMA structures
• Knowledge of collateral, covenants, loan parameters and accounting code maintenance
