About the role:
The Lead Laundry Operations Manager owns end-to-end operational performance at the partner processing facility. This role ensures quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and compliance with defined SOPs.
What you'll do:
- Act as primary operational liaison with partner facility leadership
- Oversee intake, sorting coordination, item-level recording, QA, and dispatch
- Ensure SLA adherence (processing turnaround times)
- Monitor daily order volumes and throughput
- Manage QA and operations team on-site
- Resolve escalations related to quality, delays, and discrepancies
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
- Maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
What you'll need:
- 6–10 years experience in operations management
- Experience in laundry, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
