Role Description

The Lead Organizer & Project Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of luxury home organization projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to define their vision and requirements, creating tailored organization plans, coordinating with the organizing team, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality execution. Additionally, the role involves sourcing materials, ensuring client satisfaction, training staff, and managing project timelines to deliver exceptional results.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is a plus
