Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery
- Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products
- Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers
- Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading product design teams and complex digital products
