We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Designer to drive end-to-end product design initiatives across digital platforms and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX strategy, UI design expertise, and product thinking to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery, research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and final delivery.
- Define and execute UX/UI strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
- Ensure consistency across products while improving usability, accessibility, and customer engagement.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering a strong design culture within the team.
- Present design concepts and rationale confidently to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and product discussions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI and product design.
Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Experience Design.
- Proven experience leading product design initiatives for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies and successful product outcomes.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and usability principles.
- Experience creating and managing design systems and reusable UI components.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional, and enterprise-level environments.
- Experience working within Agile product development teams.
