We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Control Engineer to join our team and oversee project controls for large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the oil and gas industry. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring cost, schedule, and progress control across all project phases.

Your Role

As Lead Project Control Engineer, you will:

• Lead and manage project control activities including planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain project baselines and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement in project control processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Must have at least 15 years of experience in cost, scheduling, and progress control across all project phases, with extensive exposure to Oil & Gas EPC fabrication projects in a lead role.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline)
• Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, cost management systems, and project control methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
