We are looking for a Project Director to lead the integrated delivery of a major infrastructure programme.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are specifically seeking senior professionals with a strong track record in large-scale infrastructure programmes across the UAE/GCC.

20+ years of overall infrastructure experience

Proven leadership of major, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes from design through construction

Strong UAE/GCC government or semi-government infrastructure experience

Background as a Programme Director / Project Director / Senior Project Manager within a PMC, consultancy or major contractor

Experience across transport, roads, utilities or municipal infrastructure

Strong programme-level control of scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk and interfaces

Experience managing Designer, Supervision Consultant and Contractor performance

Ownership of Programme Management Plans, baselines and Integrated Master Schedules

Strong expertise in programme controls, cost management, change management and risk management

Ability to drive timely decisions and resolve critical delivery issues

Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary teams and multiple consultant/contractor interfaces
