Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team as a Lead Project Planner. As a Lead Project Planner position, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, securing resources allocation, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. This role will also involve support to our commercial teams, elaborating project planning of future opportunities, in order to ensure feasibility of our delivery commitments.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supply chain, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates.
- Identify potential project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support commercial teams with planning activities, including critical path analysis, risks and opportunities identification, and resources allocation.
- Ensure alignment between project execution and contractual obligations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and execution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as EPC Project Planner, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Planisware, etc.).
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
