Role Overview
The Lead Qualification & Sales Coordination Specialist is responsible for managing inbound leads and conducting initial client pre-verification before transferring qualified prospects to the sales team. This role ensures only high-quality, eligible candidates are passed to advisors, improving conversion efficiency and protecting sales resources.
Key Responsibilities
Contact all new inbound leads within 2 hours of receipt (online forms, calls, referrals, social media, etc.).
Conduct structured discovery calls to verify eligibility, financial capacity, goals, nationality, and seriousness.
Categorize leads into Qualified, Nurture, or Disqualified.
Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records.
Ensure seamless handover to Sales Advisors with complete client information.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and channel performance.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on qualification metrics and conversion ratios.
Requirements
Experience with CRM systems and lead qualification.
Strong phone-based communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Professional communication suitable for HNWI clients.
English required; Turkish/Arabic is a plus.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Lead response time (SLA adherence).
Qualification accuracy and pipeline conversion rate.
CRM data completeness and accuracy.
