Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to assess their needs and match them with suitable solutions.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Accurately record lead information and update the CRM system with relevant details.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain interest.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve initial concerns through personalized communication.
  • Effectively transfer qualified leads to the sales team with a comprehensive handover.
  • Maintain consistent engagement to maximize lead conversion potential
  • Track and report on lead qualification metrics and progress.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead qualification, customer service, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms like WhatsApp, email, and telephony tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze leads and identify high-potential opportunities
