Job Purpose:
Supervise QA/QC issues in limited number of projects, report on performance of Rua projects vendors and assist is solving quality issues to ensure proper adherence of Rua project vendors to Rua predefined quality requirements, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-planned quality reviews for projects during design stage.
- Perform pre-planned quality inspections for projects during construction stage
- Generate quality reports (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Ad hoc)
- Attend projects quality meetings.
- Review and comment on quality documents as received from sites (certain types of documents) and as assigned by direct manager.
- Assist in enhancing quality culture within Rua Al Haram Projects via quality awareness/ trainings to Rua Vendors and attending to their quality related queries as feasible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in related field.
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Internal Auditor.
- Certified Quality Engineer by ASQ is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in construction/ real estate fields (8 of them as Quality Engineer/ Lead Quality Engineer).
- Experience within Kingdom of Saudi Arbia is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale projects or PIF-related environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated exposure to national/ international quality standards.
Skills:
- Adequate understanding of quality management systems.
- Quality planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Basic knowledge of stakeholder management.
- Adequate analytical, reporting, and dashboard oversight skills.
