As lead receptionist you are responsible for providing essential support to the operations team to ensure efficient and effective business processes. This role involves coordinating activities, managing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating communication between various departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Support the operations team to achieve company goals and targets
- Ensure our customer service journey is delivered to the highest level in our shops
- Execute and monitor operational processes, policies and brand standards
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure a seamless customer journey in the barbershops
- Support with schedule management process
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions
- Communicate with the team to resolve problems and ensure continuity of operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to operations
- Be a point of contact for the team regarding operational matters, and manage any minor concerns
- Assist in inventory controls by conducting stocktakes as per SOPs
- Provide shop induction, training and support new team members with training on operational procedures and tools
- Conduct check in meetings with new joiner and monitor training programs
- Identify any training and development needs of new joiners
- Asssit the training team by monitioring development of team members set out in training programs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
