Qatar Chemical Company is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Recruitment & Workforce Planning professional. In this role, you will lead organization-wide workforce planning initiatives and shape our strategic talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who excels in leveraging data-driven insights and possesses a robust analytical acumen. Expertise in HR systems and workforce analytics is essential to drive impactful organization-wide workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Technical Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, leveraging data insights, competency frameworks, and business priorities to attract top-tier talent.

- Lead workforce analytics by analyzing trends, forecasting manpower requirements, and crafting long-term staffing plans that align with organizational goals.

- Design, maintain and interpret executive-level dashboards to facilitate manpower decisions, scenario modeling, and strategic reporting.

- Assess recruitment performance metrics such as cost-per-hire, time-to-hire, and agency effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.

- Govern manpower requests, job family modeling, succession planning, and organizational workforce design.

- Perform advanced trend analysis to pinpoint skill gaps, assess attrition risks, and identify workforce vulnerabilities, recommending targeted interventions.

- Foster robust relationships with Plant Managers and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in workforce planning and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • 57 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to petrochemicals or large industrial environments
  • Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors, SAP (or other similar systems), HR analytics, and workforce planning tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data, produce insights, and present to senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
