Own the end-to-end reporting process, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates by collaborating with project managers and business stakeholders.
Transform complex operational, financial, and project data into clear, actionable insights through engaging dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations with modern, high-quality designs tailored for senior leadership and steering committees.
Present dashboards, reports, and key insights during management meetings, providing clear explanations of project status, KPIs, risks, and performance trends.
Develop visually compelling infographics, process diagrams, and data visualizations to simplify complex information.
Produce and maintain reports covering project health, milestones, budgets, financial variance, KPI performance, value realization, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
Develop ad-hoc reports and analytics to support evolving business and executive requirements.
Continuously improve reporting processes through automation, visualization best practices, and data quality initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4Y+ of experience in Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, PMO Reporting, or Analytics, preferably within Digital Transformation or technology-driven organizations.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-quality presentations and compelling visual stories.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
Experience with graphic design or visualization tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Visio, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of project management metrics, KPI reporting, financial reporting, and executive dashboards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
