Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, React & AI-Assisted Development)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience to build the next generation of our digital platform. This role focuses on AI-assisted software development, enabling faster delivery of enterprise applications while maintaining high standards of quality, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will transform high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready React applications, develop scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot, and leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.

Translate high-fidelity Figma UI and UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React components that accurately reflect design specifications.

Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate boilerplate code, and improve software delivery velocity.

Implement enterprise-grade application architectures by incorporating Generative AI and agentic AI concepts where applicable.

Design reusable APIs and scalable integration patterns to support multiple business use cases.

Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices through code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Experience building modern frontend applications using React.js.

Strong understanding of REST API design and backend service development.

Experience converting Figma designs into responsive React applications.
