Job Description
Senior Retail CVM leader covering customer lifecycle across acquisition, cross sell, retention and win back. Should be able to own CVM strategy, KPIs, commercial levers, campaigns/experimentation and customer value/revenue optimisation.
8–10+ years in CVM, growth strategy, retail banking or customer lifecycle management. Strong pricing/revenue optimisation, stakeholder management and leadership experience.
