Job Purpose
We are seeking experienced Lead Solution Architects specializing in Temenos Transact Core Banking to join our Core Banking Practice. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in either Business Architecture or Technical Architecture to lead large-scale digital banking transformation and core banking implementation projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Temenos Transact solutions by driving business analysis, solution architecture, platform configuration, technical design, system integration, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
Business Architecture:
- Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Gap Analysis documentation.
- Configure Temenos Transact products, including customer and account management, deposits, lending, payments, fees, interest calculations, and General Ledger mappings.
- Design and optimize end-to-end banking processes across Retail, Corporate, and Islamic Banking.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production readiness, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are successfully implemented.
Technical Architecture
- Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for Temenos Transact implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability Core Banking solutions.
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, ESB, and middleware technologies.
- Provide technical leadership across Java, jBASE, microservices, cloud architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Lead platform upgrades, performance optimization, data migration strategies, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Mentor technical teams and establish development standards and architectural best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Banking, or a related.
- Temenos certifications are highly preferred, including Arrangement Architecture, Core Accounts, Technical Architecture, Customization, Administration, Implementation Methodology (TIM), or other Temenos Transact certifications.
Minimum Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Banking Technology and Digital Banking Transformation.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Temenos Transact Core Banking implementation projects.
- Proven experience in full-cycle implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
- Experience working with System Integrators or Implementation Partners is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Banking, SAMA regulations, and enterprise banking environments.
